after 6 days of diet and exercise i felt pretty good, confident and happy.

Today was Easter and being catholic meant a celebration, i ate a big breakfast at dennys and later had steak and macaroni, and a burger at my aunts house. Damn, I think whatever weight I lost I gained it back in this one day, -_-.

Today.

I wasn’t feeling very hungry All I’ve ate today are just a bowl of cereal with regular milk and a bunch of fruit. That’s it and I took a long walk and did a stationary bike for a while. I burned like 300 calories there. So yeah I think imma shower and read a book, is this okay?


So yesterday I wasn’t very hungry so all I ate was around 500 calories and I did a hardcore workout of like -1500 calories and today I’m feeling sore and ate like 1600 calories it’s too late to go to the gym, I just wanted to know is this bad?
